Ed was a "Big Brother" for my brother Bill, after my father died. He came along at just the right time to make a positive influence in Bill's life.

Dear Julie & Family,

I'm so very sorry to have learned of Ed's passing (and too late to have attended his service to pay my respects in person).
My deepest condolences to all of you at this very sad time. Ed was a great guy. I pray that, in time, you all find comfort in your happy memories.

My sincerest condolences to Ed's family.. I first met Ed when he and I joined the Civil Air Patrol as teens back in the late 60's. We both shared a love of airplanes and flying. He had an amazing sense of humor. Over the many years since then Ed and I would run into each other every once in awhile around town and catch up on how things were going. He left us way to soon...
