Rosa Moss

Rosa Moss, 91, of Bristol passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, February 11, 2018. She was the loving wife of the late Richard C. Moss who passed in 1988.

Rosa was born on September 20, 1926 in La Louviere, Belgium, a daughter of the late Joseph and Marie (Vaneych) VanGrembergen. She was a loving wife and mother and enjoyed taking care of her family.

Rosa is survived by her sons Charles E. Moss of Foster, RI, Joseph C. Moss of Bristol; daughter Anna Marie Moss of Terryville; grandchild Christopher L. Moss and his wife Mary V. Moss of Windsor Locks; great-grandchildren Carton Solenski of Windsor Locks, Christian and Roberto Plouffe of Foster, RI; sisters Louisa VanGrembergen of Belgium and Martha Pijanoski of FL.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, February 16, 2018 at O'Brien Funeral Home, 24 Lincoln Ave., Bristol/ Forestville from 6PM until 8PM. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 17, 2018 starting at 8AM from O’Brien Funeral Home to the CT State Veterans Cemetery, Middletown for a 9AM graveside service.
