My condolences to Tom Jr., Jen and the rest of the family. I was shocked to hear of Tom's passing. I knew him for almost 20 years as we patrolled together every Saturday for most of the day. My kids, Abe and Averill, grew up on the mountain and knew Tom well and send their regrets. Tom was a kind, humble man, who I looked forward to seeing every week and will miss. His devotion to the ski patrol was long, dignified and durable.
