Agnes Marek

Agnes J. Marek, 88 of Bristol, died Saturday September 8, 2018 at her home. The daughter of the late Andrew and Mary (Petrosky) Marek, she was born in Unionville and lived most of her life in Bristol.
Agnes proudly worked for 37 years in the accounting department of Northeast Utilities.
She is survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her sisters, Anne, Mary, Helen, Katherine and Teresa; and her brothers Michael, Andrew, and Frank.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday morning, September 12, 2018 at O’Brien Funeral Home, 24 Lincoln Ave., Bristol from 9:30 am to 10:30 am followed by a procession to St. Gregory the Great Church, Bristol for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am. The burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Avon.
