David S. Bachand

David S. Bachand, 89, formerly of Bristol passed away on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Masonicare, Wallingford.

David was born July 8, 1926 in Bristol a son of the late Albert and Ruth (Large) Bachand and was a veteran of the U.S. Army who served during the Korean Conflict. He was predeceased by his brother, Albert Bachand, Jr. and his sister, Mary L. Bachand.

David leaves two nieces, four grandnephews, one great grandnephew and three great grandnieces.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday morning, November 1, 2018 at O’Brien Funeral Home, 24 Lincoln Ave., Bristol/Forestville from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM followed by a procession to St. Joseph Catholic Church, Bristol for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM.
