To the Ballash family, I am very sadden to learn of Dayle's passing. Dayle was one of the early members of our UTC/P&W ACE Process Development & Improvement Team. She was a very important contributor to the business she was responsible for supporting and our overall efforts to lead and implement the process throughout the P&W Middletown site. I had the pleasure of knowing and working with her throughout this process and I can tell you she was very well liked and respected by all who came in contact with her. As her family I'm sure you had heard about the challenges and maybe some of the frustration's she may have had but I would like to make sure you all know that she was key to the success we had achieved and that there are many, many, people she had worked with who will miss her as well.
My deepest condolences to all,
Martin (Marty) Hainsey

Dear Rudy and Family
We were saddened to hear of Dayle's passing. Dayle and I spoke awhile back and it was so nice to reconnect with some of the "old gang" from Southington - It was a pleasure working with the two of you for so many years at P&W, We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.

Mrs. Ballash, I didn't have the fortune to ever meet you but I am friends with Melissa. I can tell from how well you raised her the kind of person you are. It is rare you meet someone so thoughtful and kind. I know you are in a better place and are watching over your beautiful family from heaven.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Dayle was such a sweet lady. I will never forget her telling me just a few years ago that I would find another Honey again after dealing with my loss. She was so sweet when she said it and she was right, I did. I wish all of the Ballash's much comfort and strength in the coming days, weeks and years. Much love to all of you!
