Ismael Matos

Ismael “Junior” Matos, 66 of Bristol, passed away on December 20, 2020. He was born on April 2, 1954 in Puerto Rico, son of Ismael Matos and the late Lucila (Irizarry) Medina.

He was the loving husband of Delsi Rodriguez for 24 years. Junior enjoyed fishing and watching TV. Over all he loved his family and will be missed dearly.

Besides his wife, Delsi and father, Ismael, Junior is survived by his daughters Andrea Negron of New Jersey, Daisy "Perla" Reyes of Bristol; 5 grandchildren, 1great-granddaughter; 5 brothers and sisters, several nieces and nephews and the Justino Family.

Calling hours will be held at O’Brien Funeral Home, 24 Lincoln Ave. Forestville/Bristol on Thursday, December 24, 2020 starting at 9AM until a 10AM funeral home service. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol.
