Kimberly (Rasmus) Loycano, 53, of Weston FL, passed away peacefully at her home on
Sunday March 28, 2021 after a long and courageous battle with breast cancer.
Kimberly was born on June 28, 1967 in Bristol, CT the daughter of Raymond and Betty Rasmus.
In addition to her parents of Bristol, Kimberly is survived by her loving husband Robert Loycano, Jr. of Weston, FL and their children Waverly and Evan. She is also survived by her in-laws Robert and Antoinette Loycano. She was predeceased by her infant son Blaine.
Kimberly was a graduate of Curry College, and later earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut. She enjoyed cooking, traveling, and spending time with her extended family.
Calling hours will be held at O’Brien Funeral Home, 24 Lincoln Ave., Bristol on
Friday, April 9, 2021 from 6 PM until 8 PM.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 9:30 AM from
O’Brien Funeral Home to St. Gregory Church, Maltby St. for a Mass of Christian
Burial at 10:30 AM followed by procession to St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol. All are asked adhere to current COVID-19 protocols during the visitation and funeral.
