Mark Derek Cawood

Mark Derek Cawood, 67, of Bristol, passed away on Tuesday, May 31, 2022. He was born on April 19, 1955 in South Africa, son of the late Derek and Florence (Edlmann) Cawood.

Mark served in the military in South Africa for 2 years. He loved his job, as he was a Director of Management in the IT department. Mark was a member of Liberty Baptist Church and volunteered with their audio system during services. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.

Mark is survived by his wife of 41 years, Catherine (Cole) Cawood; sons Allan Cawood and his wife Joanne of South Africa, John Cawood and his wife, Caitlyn of Bristol; daughter Diane Jeffries and her husband Sean of South Africa; grandchildren Amber Jeffries, Benjamin Cawood, Caitlin Jeffries, Jonathan Cawood, Annabelle Lee Cawood; siblings Corinne Gourley of South Africa, Robert Cawood of South Africa, Florence Els of South Africa and several nieces, nephews, cousins and uncle all of South Africa.
