Patricia Ann Carter

Patricia Ann Carter, 61, of Terryville, passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2022. She was born on August 24, 1960 in Anchorage, Alaska, daughter of Donald Jones and the late Rosemary (Monahan) Jones.

Patricia was the loving wife of David Carter for 36 years. She was happiest around her family and especially her children and grandchildren. She was one of the most kind hearted souls who was always willing to help anyone that needed it. She had a passion for scrapbooking. Some of her favorite weekends were spent sifting through old pictures and turning them into beautiful pages and books that takes you on a journey down memory lane. She was a lover of Disney and enjoyed taking trips to Florida to experience the magic with her family. She was an animal lover and her cats were always more than just pets to her, loving them fiercely.

Besides her husband, David, Patricia leaves her son Brandon Carter and his significant other Ashley Winfrey of IL; daughter Kirsten Carter and her significant other David Flattery of Middletown; grandchildren Jaxson Flattery, Kai Martinik and Raven Carter; brother David Jones and his wife Carol of VA; sister Melissa Jones of VA; brother-in-law Richard Carter and his wife Laura of Bristol; mother-in-law Carol Carter; nieces and nephews Adam and Katherine Carter and Abby and Nathan Jones and her cats Taz, Bandit and lil biddy.

Patricia is predeceased by her daughter Chelsea Carter and her father-in-law Russell Carter.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at O’Brien Funeral Home, 24 Lincoln Ave., Bristol from 5 PM until 8PM.
