So very sorry for your loss. I had worked with Shannon on & off over the padt 10 years and she was my 'go to' person while I was doing a temporary job in her department a couple of years ago. She was so good at her job but more notably she always dropped everything to help me. That says so much about who she was. My heart goes out to her loved ones.
