Bill! This is a shock! We knew him from Bristol Hospital. He was always in good spirits & had a great sense of humor. My deepest condolences to his family for such a great loss, (Heaven's gain).

Dear Tom, Kathy and the Stuckman family,
Dennis and I were chatting about my first experience with meeting Bill and your entire family. We traveled on our first date to Bill's 50th birthday party, hosted at your place in RI. Bill Lafountaine joined us for the ride down and it was quite interesting. I will never forget the laughter, music, great people and Bill's best birthday gift. He was very convinced he had won the lottery, until he turned the ticket over to find it was phony. I believe Matt had given him that ticket and we never let him forget about it. Those are happy memories, along with many other trips to restaurants and Beaver Tail Lighthouse and it goes on and on. Always fun and smiles and caring about helping others. We will miss him, but are relieved his is out of pain and at peace. Love to all of you. Dennis and Lynn Callnan

Dear Stuckman family,
Both of us worked with Bill for 30 years at Bristol Hospital. His outgoing personality and dedication to his patients was his hallmark. We visited Bill about a month ago to give him support, share memories and, of course, talked about where the big bass hang out on his lake. Sadly, we will not be able to attend his service but we would like to extend our condolences and love to you his family.

Dear Stuckman Family,

Carol and I will miss Bill, and the many times we talked and shared wonderful conversations about God, and family, our lovely lake, and the gift of having good neighbors..
He would often say , "God's in control, not me..."
I'm so glad to have gone fishin' with him, and he definitely knew the secrets of the lake better than I !

I have worked with Bill for many years at HSC. He always looked at the bright side of things. We would share crosswords on our breaks. His positive, bubbly personality will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Oh, Mr. Bill. How many lives have you saved as you helped them to breathe? And how many patients have sung your praises as you ministered to them with your skilled and tender care? And how many people have you befriended, and sponsored, and mentored to health and wholeness? Countless... perhaps thousands. You lived life fully, humbly, and gratefully, on life's terms. You will be missed! Well done, Good and Faithful Servant..

I had the pleasure of working with Bill. I also considered him a friend. He blessed us with his humor as well as the knowledge he shared. I am so saddened by the loss of such a genuine person. Bill was one of a kind and his presence is missed.

Dear Stuckman family,
We are so sorry for your loss. Although I only new Bill as a small child when he lived in Farmer Ohio, I still remember him and his brother Tom. May the family find comfort in their thoughts and memories of Bill. God bless.

Dear Stuckman Family,
I am so very sorry for your loss. I know Bill was a loving, caring person. I was lucky enough to experience his love first hand. Though our lives took different paths, he will always hold a special place in my heart. I will always remember his fun loving ways, his smile and twinkle in his eyes. His pain and suffering is over. I wish you all peace and strength to go on. He will always watch over and protect you all. My condolences and love to all, Karen
