Helen Marie Benvenuto

Helen Marie Benvenuto, 86, of Bristol, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday February 12, 2017.
She was born on December 27, 1930 in Bristol a daughter of the late Peter and Eva (Puchnik) Senak.
Helen, along with her husband Joseph, owned and operated Benvenuto Catering Service for many years. Upon retirement together they spent over 20 years at their vacation home in Dunedin, Florida. She was happiest with her husband by her side and times spent with her two loving sons and their families.
She is survived by her two sons and their spouses, Joseph and Stacey Benvenuto of Cheshire, and Peter and Maria Benvenuto of Wolcott; her brothers George of North Carolina and Stanley Senak of Massachusetts; her grandchildren Michael, Melissa and Andria Benvenuto and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Benvenuto. Brothers; Peter, Joseph, and John and sister Ann Foody.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, February 17, 2017 from 6PM until 8PM at O’Brien Funeral Home, 24 Lincoln Ave., Bristol/Forestville. Funeral services will be held on Saturday February 18, 2017 at 9AM from O’Brien Funeral Home to St. Matthew Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM, followed by the burial at St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol.
