Maurice Saucier

Maurice Saucier, 85, passed away on Monday, February 13, 2017 at Sheriden Woods in Bristol. He was the loving husband to the late Virginia (Reynolds) Saucier.
Maurice was born on March 17, 1931 in Soldier Pond, ME, son of the late Albert and Dilcina (Daigle) Saucier.
He served as a sergeant in the US Army, Company B, 131st Tank Battalion during the Korean War and later retired as a foreman from CT Natural Gas.
He enjoyed his love of fishing while retired in Ft Myers, Florida and also in Soldier Pond and Ft. Kent, Maine.
Maurice is survived by his son, Mark Saucier; his brother Leo; his sisters Kathleen, Stella, and Dot; grandchildren Tim Saucier and Katie Renock; and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his brothers Norman, Gerald, Joseph, and Gilbert.
Calling hours will be held at O’Brien Funeral Home, 24 Lincoln Ave., Forestville/Bristol on Friday February 24, 2017 from 6PM until 8PM.
